Delete your account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your entire Buzz account. This removes every avatar on your account — both personal and team — not just a single avatar.

What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data from our systems. Your account, all of your avatars, your messages, your files and your personal cloud are deleted. This applies to your whole account, not just one avatar — there is no way to delete a single avatar from this page.

Data that is removed

  • Your account and sign-in email.
  • All of your avatars — personal and team — and their profile details.
  • Your messages and conversation history.
  • Files and media in your personal cloud.
  • Notification tokens and device data.

Data that may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where we're legally required to (for example, records needed to comply with legal obligations), and anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you. Content shared into shared team spaces may remain visible to that team.

Processing time

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete deletions within 30 days of your request, and backups are purged on a rolling basis after that. If you change your mind, contact us at support@buzzitapp.com as soon as possible.
